Q: How much does shipping cost? 

A: We charge a flat rate for shipping. Every order is $17.50 for shipping. Any purchases that are over $115.00 receive free X-Press shipping! 

Q: How do you package your products?

 A: At Shrooms Co, we carefully pack each package with the utmost discretion and safety. We ensure that each item is put into a discreet, plain box or padded envelope. All products are sealed carefully to prevent any damage to happen to your purchases.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We ship within Canada, via Canada Post. We can ship to anywhere in Canada that this company ships to. That means you can get your products delivered conveniently to your door if you live in Canada!

Q: What if I am missing my order?

A: If you do not receive your package two days after your expected delivery date, then please message us or email us and we will try to contact the shipping companies to track your order. If the parcel is tracked, it will be shipped as soon as possible, and you will receive it a few business days later. While “unrecoverable” issues rarely happen, when they do occur, we will send you a package, which is free of charge. This is our replacement package, which shows that we want to keep you satisfied and happy while shopping at Shrooms Co.


Q: How do I order from ShroomsCo?

A: It is fairly simple, follow these 4 easy steps:

1. Shop – Take your time and browse the wide variety of products that Shrooms Co has to offer. When you’re ready and have decided which magic mushroom products you want to purchase, then add them to your cart and press checkout. 

2.  Create Account – Go to checkout with your shopping cart full of the exciting products you’re going to purchase! Enter your information such as your name, email, and password to make your account. After you have made your account, you have to fill out your billing and shipping information. Please advise us if the shipping is a different address than your billing address. 

3. Check Your Email – After your account and information are finalized, we will send you an email regarding your purchase. In this email, it references the total amount owing that you need to send via e-transfer.

3. Send Payment -You can log in to your bank’s mobile website or mobile banking app and enter the e-transfer Send Money. Select the account you wish to your funds to be sent to

Once we have received the email invoice for your order, you can send the total amount through the e-transfer. As soon as we have received your e-transfer we will email you quickly to confirm that the payment has been processed. 

4. Receive Your Goods! – After this, we will ship your products directly to your door. To check if we have received your funds, you can simply send us an email and our customer support will be there to help.
