Q: How do I order from ShroomsCo?

A: It is fairly simple, follow these 4 easy steps:

1. Shop – Take your time and browse the wide variety of products that Shrooms Co has to offer. When you’re ready and have decided which magic mushroom products you want to purchase, then add them to your cart and press checkout. 

2.  Create Account – Go to checkout with your shopping cart full of the exciting products you’re going to purchase! Enter your information such as your name, email, and password to make your account. After you have made your account, you have to fill out your billing and shipping information. Please advise us if the shipping is a different address than your billing address. 

3. Check Your Email – After your account and information are finalized, we will send you an email regarding your purchase. In this email, it references the total amount owing that you need to send via e-transfer.

3. Send Payment -You can log in to your bank’s mobile website or mobile banking app and enter the e-transfer Send Money. Select the account you wish to your funds to be sent to

Once we have received the email invoice for your order, you can send the total amount through the e-transfer. As soon as we have received your e-transfer we will email you quickly to confirm that the payment has been processed. 

4. Receive Your Goods! – After this, we will ship your products directly to your door. To check if we have received your funds, you can simply send us an email and our customer support will be there to help. 


    If you have a complaint about our products or our service, please contact us. We will send you a substantive response within 14 days.
